2,986 pass Medical Technologist Licensure Exam –PRC

A total of 2,986 out of 3,615 passed the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao early September, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Wednesday.

The PRC said registration for the issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be on September 29 and 30, 2014. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

It noted that tThose who failed to pass the board examination for Medical Technology but had obtained a general rating of at least 70 percent can register as Medical Laboratory Technician.

Meanwhile, the date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination will be announced later. —KBK, GMA News
