US Embassy online appointments down for maintenance on Dec. 29 and 30

Those wanting to set up a visa-related appointment with the United States Embassy via the Internet may not be able to do so this coming week.

 

In an advisory, the embassy said its online appointment system will be unavailable on Dec. 29 and 30.

 

The online appointment system www.ustraveldocs.com/ph cannot book appointments from 9 p.m. Dec. 29 to 9 p.m. Dec. 30 due to system maintenance.

 

But the website will still be available to provide general visa information. "Online appointments may be scheduled after the system maintenance," said the embassy.

 

The embassy said its non-immigrant visa unit is closed Dec. 30 to Jan. 2. However, those with case-specific concerns may send an e-mail to CONSManilaNIV@state.gov.
