Razon sues late son's woman companion in car crash

The case of the death of Darius Razon's son, Denver, took a new twist on Friday as the singer-actor sued a woman who was his late son's companion at the car crash last March. Razon filed a case of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide against Marian Bustillos, 23, who was the one driving the Honda City. It was first reported to have been hit a 10-wheeler truck at G. Araneta Avenue in Quezon City. The truck's driver later surfaced and claimed he did not hit the car but that it had swerved to overtake his vehicle on the road. Razon used the truck driver's affidavit as part of the evidence against Bustillos. Denver was pronounced dead on arrival at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Hospital. –GMANews.TV
