(Update) Fire razes airport post office in Pasay City

A fire of still undetermined origin hit the Philippine Postal Office at the Manila Domestic Airport in Pasay City, radio dzBB reported at about 11:38 p.m., Tuesday. Dzbb said two alarms were struck as the blaze tore through the establishment. Another report from GMA News' Saksi at about 12:25 a.m., Wednesday, said initial investigation showed that the flame started from the post office's recipient area that licked up the parcel service section area operated by the Bureau of Customs. The report said the blaze was extinguished past midnight. Saksi said police are conducting mopping-up operations. - GMANews.TV
