APEC leaders post messages after summit


The APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting may have concluded but some leaders had more to say online about the two-day event held in Manila.

Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull tweeted a photo of him with the Australian team.

The caption reads: “Thanks to the Aust'n team who helped make #APEC2015 a success. With DFAT staff in Manila ahead of the final sessions.”

 

 

Hong Kong’s Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying thanked members of security for their hard work.

A translation of the caption reads: “The annual APEC, guards are very strict, the figure is responsible for my security work Filipino people, my wife and I and everyone at the airport photo, thank you for your hard work.”

Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong went to Twitter to update his followers on his activities.
