Arroyo to fly to Macau for trade official's wedding

President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will leave Manila on Saturday for Macau to be the principal sponsor of the Church wedding of Trade and Industry Undersecretary Carissa Cruz and businessman Juju Evangelista, a Malacañang source said Friday. The President will board a Hawker plane bound for Macau at 8:30 a.m. Saturday to catch up with the afternoon wedding ceremonies at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Macau. Mrs. Arroyo also attended an earlier civil wedding of Cruz and Evangelista. Jose Miguel Arroyo, the President’s husband, will join Mrs. Arroyo in the trip to Macau and to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where they will be state visitors from May 7 to 10. –GMANews.TV
