Duterte receives own inaugural stamps
President Rodrigo Duterte's assumption to the top elective post in the country is now immortalized in commemorative stamps.
On Tuesday, Duterte received the "inaugural stamps" that features his oath-taking from Postmaster General Joel Otarra.

The stamps show him taking his oath of office last June 30 before Supreme Court Associate Justice Bienvenido Reyes.
The photo used in the stamps also include his youngest daughter, Veronica, who held the Bible during the ceremony, and his older children Sara, Paolo, and Sebastian.
Otarra said it is a tradition for the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) to release inaugural stamps of the President, in keeping with the agency's aim to chronicle significant moments in the country's history.
PHLPost printed 150,000 pieces of the said stamp, available at post offices around the country for P17.
A 10 cm. x 4.5 cm. special souvenir sheet for Duterte was also released, available at P55 each. — Rose-An Jessica Dioquino/RSJ, GMA News
