Duterte delighted with Stonefish’s arrival – Palace

Malacañang on Thursday said President Rodrigo Duterte is delighted with the birth of his latest grandchild, Stonefish. 

"The Palace congratulates Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio and her husband Atty. Manases Carpio on the birth of their baby boy, Stonefish, at 12:56 noon today, March 2," presidential spokesperson Ernesto Abella said. 

"??The President is delighted with the arrival of his newest apo, and he is glad that both Mayor Inday Sara and Stonefish are healthy and stable," he added. 

Abella also said the birth Stonefish would push Duterte to rid the country of drugs and criminality. 

"?The arrival of the Chief Executive’s newest apo Stonefish strengthens PRRD’s resolve to leave a legacy of a Philippines safe and secure from drugs and heinous crimes to future generation of Filipinos," he said. — Trisha Macas/RSJ, GMA News
