CA okays promotions of Army colonel reservist Mayor Herbert Bautista, 43 others
The Commission on Appointments (CA) on Wednesday approved the promotions of several military officers, including Army colonel reservist and Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista.
Bautista, a former actor-turned-public servant, was promoted to Army colonel last January.
