Duterte installed as chief scout of Boy Scouts

President Rodrigo Duterte was installed as the chief scout of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines in Malacañang on Monday.

Duterte himself wore a boy scouts uniform when he graced the Baden Powell Day or founder’s day of the Boy Scouts held in Malacañang.

Republic Act No. 728 mandates that the president of the Philippines shall be the chief scout of the organization. —ALG, GMA News
