UST, DLSU students evacuate, classes suspended after earthquakes
Students of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) and the De La Salle University (DLSU) in Manila were immediately evacuated from their respective buildings on Saturday afternoon after a series of earthquakes struck parts of Luzon.

Four earthquakes in the space of a little more than an hour hit parts of Luzon Saturday afternoon, with all epicenters being traced in Batangas. The strongest had a magnitude of 6 and was felt at Intensity 7 in some areas.
The Varsitarian, in a tweet, said students were evacuated to the UST open field, which was the university's designated evacuation area.

Meanwhile, the Lasallian, also in a tweet, said students were evacuated in front of the DLSU Henry Sy Sr. grounds. It added that final examinations were also cancelled.
