Flooded areas in Metro Manila on August 3, 2017

Some areas in Metro Manila were hit by floods on Thursday as monsoon rains continued to affect the entire country.

According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), GMA News' Unang Balita, radio dzBB, and YouScoopers, these areas include:

• EDSA Santolan Gate 5, northbound (gutter-deep, passable to all type of vehicles)
• EDSA Aurora Tunnel, northbound and southbound (half-tire deep, passable to all type of vehicles)
• Kalaw Avenue, Ermita, Manila
• Taft Avenue, Manila
• Araneta Avenue, Quezon City (northbound)
• Vista Verde Country Homes in Cainta, Rizal (gutter-deep)
