Report: Rains snarl traffic in Manila, Makati

No thanks to slippery roads caused by heavy rains and the “usual" lack of traffic aides, traffic was heavy in some parts of Manila and Makati Cities Tuesday night. Radio dzBB reported that traffic was snarled in portions of Osmeña Highway from Makati City to Quirino Avenue in Manila. Traffic was similarly tight in some parts of Taft Avenue. Also in Manila, traffic was snarled at the corner of Taft and Ayala Avenues after a truck (WEU-405) went out of control and skidded, blocking traffic at all lanes. Earlier, parts of Malabon and Navotas in northern Metro Manila were flooded, with floodwaters reaching up to knee-high levels. - GMANews.TV
