UST law dean Divina, 64 others on lookout bulletin over Atio hazing death
The Department of Justice (DOJ) has included University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law Dean Nilo Divina and 64 other individuals linked to the hazing death of freshman law student Horacio "Atio" Castillo III in its immigration lookout bulletin order.
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II came up with the lookout bulletin--an update to the one issued in September--a day after announcing that Aegis Juris member and suspect Marc Ventura has been turned a witness in the case.
Included in the lookout bulletin are:

Individuals placed on the lookout bulletin are not prevented from leaving the country but they have to secure permission first from the DOJ.
Apart from Divina, also on the list are officials and members of the Aegis Juris fraternity and lawyers who figured in a chat group where they seemed to discuss plans of “cleaning” the evidence in Atio’s fatal hazing on September 17 and reaching out to his parents.
Divina, also a member of Aegis Juris, is already facing charges for murder, perjury, violation of the Anti-Hazing Law (Republic Act 8049) and obstruction of justice before the DOJ in connection with Castillo's death.
The law dean has since dismissed the charges against him as baseless. — RSJ, GMA News
