University of Pangasinan grad tops June 2018 Nursing exam

A student from the University of Pangasinan topped the June 2018 Nursing Licensure Exams, according to the statement issued by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC).

Mark Tristan Pangilinan Robosa garnered a score of 87.60 to place first among more than 4,000 successfully hurdled the exams.

The PRC announced that there were 9,873 Nursing graduates who took the exams but less than 50 percent or 4,326 passed. [Click here for complete list of passers.]

Meanwhile, a graduate of Mindanao State University in Marawi City, Marwida Saupi Abdulhan, made it to tenth place with a rating of 85.40 percent.

The Nurse Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this June 2018.

There are 50 successful examinees who made it to the top ten list.

Among them were four graduates who placed second, with a rating of 87.20, these are Andrew Rey Lao Del Fierro and Philip Gabriel Gillegao from Xavier University, Deanna Corinne Enano Serrano from Bicol University-Legazpi, and Shrwynne Paola Lasam Trinidad from Saint Paul University - Tuguegarao.

A graduate from Velez College in Cebu made it to third place with a rating of 87, Frances Isanela Cortez Seno.

The fourth placers, with 86.60 rating, are: Devann Ross Ortego Abayon, Pjeeco Plaza Bagasbas, Jhea Pauline Franco Montes, Emman Mabilanga Parangue, Serico Jan Maribbay Soriano.

The lone fifth placer, with 86.40 rating, is Kim Franco Estaca Odoya from Our Lady of Guadalupe Colleges.

In sixth place (86.20 rating) are: Ma. Sharina Busante Alano, Lucil Daisy Estanislao Cerrada, Carmela Alyssa Subong Cordero, Patrika Lovechild Broqueza Llonillo, Vince Harry Arellano Pinto, Robert Martin Rivera Puerta, and Fernando Pring Reyes III.

Another University of Pangasinan graduate made it to the top ten list, placing seventh with a rating of 86 percent, Chielon Velasco Abalos.

The other seventh placers are: Gay Malhi Contreras Catedral, Nikki Marie Nobleza Rubio, Celeste de Guzman Silvestre, and Novem Grace Bamuya Sombilon.

The eighth placers are: Jason Rehum Escobar Baldimor, Honey Sheen Gengone Bangquiao, Anne Nicole Verueco Canay, Kezia Denise Ayson de Villa, Ma. Kristel Aliado Sarmiento, Merch Jhinlee Eli Pelaez Silvederio, and Laurice Anne Bautista Sobong.

Tamara Columbres Cabayacruz, Katrina Francesca Villanueva Dauden, Dexter Redd Urbano Gomez, Anna Marie Lao Guevarra, Athena Louise Sartaguda Mangoroban, Carmela Niña Sampaga Tormo, and Alyssa Justine Eduarte Valdez all made it to ninth place with a rating of 85.60.

The other tenth placers are: Tamam Pagulayan Abu Rayyan, Louise Tiffani duran Acosta, Czarina Mae Gapuz Bilgera, while Daisy Albright Fernandez Fernandez is the third University of Pangasinan graduate in the list.

Jaya Teresa Lira Gallego, Ara Marhiela Chan Menor, Ellein Jericka Ramos Tong, Cromuel Laban Urian, Dianne Therese Pedrigosa Villaruel, and Aleksander Joel Mendoza Yared also finished in tenth place. — BAP, GMA News
