CSC's ‘Paper-and-Pen Test’ canceled in Metro Manila, to push through in other venues

The Civil Service Commission on Saturday night said that its nationwide "Paper-and-Pen Test" will push through in all venues as scheduled on August 12, Sunday, except in Metro Manila.

The CSC said it will issue a separate advisory for examinees affected by the cancellation in Marikina City.

"As of 9:13 p.m. today, August 11, the August 12 Paper-and-Pen Test in the National Capital Region is cancelled. It will push through in all other venues as scheduled," said the CSC on its Facebook page.

Examinees taking the exam in areas experiencing inclement weather are advised to take proper precautions for protection in rainy conditions, the CSC said.

Examinees who will not be able to take the exam tomorrow will forfeit their slot and exam fee. They may opt to take the exam again and apply for the next available schedule, it added.
