1,175 pass midwifery board exams

A student from the Immaculate Conception College-Albay topped the Professional Regulation Commission's midwifery licensure examinations.

Excelsia Rebeka Maree Lobete topped the board examinations with a rating of 90.75.

Darlene Villanueva Mendoza of Brokenshire College-Socksargen, Inc. came in second with 90.30 while Gellian Labagis Alaurin of Calayan Educational Foundation placed third with 89.85.

The PRC said 1,175 out of 2,478 passed examinations the Board of Midwifery conducted in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
