Sara Duterte wants Jinggoy Estrada, JV Ejercito to patch things up

President Rodrigo Duterte's daughter Sara, the prime mover behind the regional party Hugpong ng Pagbabago, wants half-brothers Jinggoy Estrada and JV Ejercito to patch things up.

The sons of former President and Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada are both running for senate seats under the HNP banner.

"Dalawang magkapatid pero isa lang andito. Pag andito yung isa, wala 'yung isa dahil nag-aaway sila," the mayor of Davao City said at the pledge of allegiance rites between HNP and Serbisyo sa Bayan party in Quezon City.

"So tulungan natin sila. Tulungan natin sila na magkabati. Wag niyo kalimutan na magkapatid sila," she added.

Duterte said the Davao-based party was going around the country to find allies for the senatorial candidates it endorsed, who include the former senator Estrada and the incumbent Ejercito.

Ejercito has left Joseph Estrada's Puwersa ng Masang Pilipino party to join the Nationalist People's Coalition. —NB, GMA News
