Arroyo goes to FEU hospital after blast - report

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo arrived at the Far Eastern University Hospital in Fairview, Quezon City about 1 a.m., Wednesday, radio dzBB reported. Basilan Rep. Wahab Akbar died at the said hospital two hours after the powerful blast that rocked the Batasang Pambansa, past 8 p.m., Tuesday. An earlier report said the congressman will be flown to Basilan early morning of Wednesday, and will be buried within 24 hours after he died from the incident, which also killed two others identified as Marcial Taldo and Maan Gale Bustaliño. Taldo was a driver of Gabriela party-list Rep. Luzviminda Ilagan, while Bustaliño was a staff member of Negros Oriental Rep. Pryde Henry Teves. - GMANews.TV
