Vote-counting continues despite brownout in Makati City poll precinct
Despite the lack of electricity, vote-counting at the General Pio Del Pilar Elementary School in Makati City continues more than an hour after the national and local elections closed on Monday.

Brownout hit the polling precinct shortly after the voting officially closed at 6 pm, per DZBB. But the Vote-Counting Machines (VCMs) still have batteries, allowing the Board of Election Inspectors to proceed with counting the votes. —MGP, GMA News
