PNP chief Police General Oscar Albayalde said Advincula surrendered to seek police custody.
"Advincula heeded to my call to surrender and face the string of criminal cases filed against him by persons he allegedly defrauded in Bicol and Baguio," he said.
During a press conference, Advincula retracted his accusation that some members of President Rodrigo Duterte's family, as well as his former special assistant, Bong Go, had received drug money. He then pointed to Senator Antonio Trillanes IV as the mastermind behind the videos.
Trillanes has denied the allegation. —Joviland Rita/KBK, GMA News
