Advincula’s claims another fruit of Malacañang's wild imagination
Senator Risa Hontiveros on Thursday described the new allegations of Peter Joemel Advincula or “Ang Totoong Narcolist” video narrator "Bikoy" as a product of Palace's wild imagination.
“This is fanciful and another attempt by this administration to distract the public. Just like the President's matrices, it is another product of Malacañang's wild imagination,” Hontiveros said in a press statement.
Also, she said she finds it odd that when Bikoy came out with his videos accusing President Rodrigo Duterte, his family, and close political friends of links to illegal drugs, the administration was quick to shoot down his credibility, and even threatened him with arrest.
“And now, when he sings a different song and accuses the opposition of outlandish things, all of a sudden his credibility is restored? How absurd,” the senator added.
Advincula surrendered last Wednesday to the Philippine National Police and accused Vice President Leni Robredo, Liberal Party, and Trillanes, among others, of conniving to oust Duterte.
He also named Hontiveros as among those attending meetings for the plan. —LBG, GMA News
