Senators end session with pic, laughs: ‘Wag kayo maingay, magagalit ang principal!’

As senators posed for a "class picture" after the adjournment of the last session of the 17th Congress, some of them joked, "'wag kayong maingay, magagalit ang principal!"

They were most likely referring to a meme that circulated a few months ago wherein the senators were given stereotypical high school roles in their group photo.

Senator Cynthia Villar was then tagged as the ‘’principal’’.

Some senators have cracked jokes about the meme in the past.

Villar was also seen on Monday apparently scolding senators Koko Pimentel and Manny Pacquiao over a manifesto of support for Senate President Vicente Sotto III.

Also seen at the senators' class picture was a shawl wrapped around the back of a chair, supposedly reserved for Senator Leila de Lima.
