GMA News' Raffy Tima marks 10th year after Ondoy with video compilation

GMA News' Raffy Tima marked the 10th year since Tropical Storm Ondoy inundated many parts of Metro Manila by compiling video taken in the aftermath of the deadly cyclone.

One video, taken September 26, 2009, shows people on Ortigas Avenue in Pasig wading through chest-deep flood and climbing on a barge. One shows rescue efforts on affected residents.

In all the video, the destruction caused by Ondoy is evident.

Also evident are the dangers faced by the rescuers and the resiliency of Filipinos in the face of tragedy. —KBK, GMA News
