PRC: 888 pass physical therapist, occupational therapist licensure exams

The Professional Regulation Commission on Wednesday announced the successful takers of two licensure examinations held earlier this week, with 729 passing the physical therapist exam and 159 the occupational therapist exam.

The examinations were given by the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy in Manila and in Cebu City on February 2 and 3.

The best-performing school for the physical therapist exam was Velez College, with 83 of its 86 examinees passing.

The school with the best result in the occupational therapist exam is UP Manila, with all 12 of its takers passing.

The top scorer in the physical therapist licensure exam is Zsanfernes Pamintuan Ocampo of Angeles University Foundation with a score of 88.45%.

The top scorer in the occupational therapist licensure exam, meanwhile, is Hanna Mae Tampus Corpuz of Velez College with a score of 83%.
