Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Reynaldo Cruz dies at age 64

Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Reynaldo P. Cruz died on Friday due to pneumonia at the age of 64.

This was confirmed by Atty. Dennis Pulma, clerk of court of Sandiganbayan's Third Division.

Cruz was appointed by former President Benigno Aquino III on January 20, 2016.

He was a senior member of the Fourth Division of the anti-graft court.

Cruz, who was born on July 8, 1955, was scheduled to retire on July 8, 2025. —KG, GMA News
