COVID-19 THREAT

CSC closes main, regional offices amid enhanced community quarantine

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) and its regional offices will be closed from March 17 until April 13 in compliance with the enhanced community quarantine of Luzon to fight the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19 as ordered by President Rodrigo Duterte.

“The premises of the CSC Central Office in Diliman, Quezon City and CSC regional/field offices in Luzon will be closed to clients and visitors from 17 March to 13 April 2020 or until such time that the Enhanced Community Quarantine has been lifted,” the CSC said in a statement.

“This is in observance of the strict home quarantine policy being implemented,” the CSC added.

The enhanced community quarantine mainly banned mass transportation to limit the movement of people.
