Duterte's first report to Congress on COVID-19 response

President Rodrigo Duterte laid down the measures taken by the government after he secured additional powers from Congress to combat the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The report, which was released to the media by Malacañang on Tuesday, was submitted to Congress on Monday in compliance with the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act (Republic Act 11469).
