Lotto games to resume on August 4 in GCQ, MGCQ areas —PCSO

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Wednesday announced that lotto games operations are set to resume on August 4 in areas under general community quarantine (GCQ) and modified GCQ.

In an interview on Dobol B sa News TV, PCSO general manager Royina Garma said that they have started selling tickets for five lotto games.

Garma said the five games are Lotto, Mega Lotto, Ultra Lotto, Grand Lotto, and Super Lotto.

"Kumbaga jackpot-bearing games po lahat ito... at ang pinakamalaking premyo ay P304 million tayo ngayon," she said.

According to the general manager, each lotto bet will return to P20 from the previous P24.

From P24 balik P20 na ang PCSO," she said.

Fixed price ang tawag namin doon," she added.

Garma also said that they are currently conducting catch-up draws for tickets bought before the suspension of operations on March 17.

Ang ibig sabihin meron kasing advance ticket na nabili before nag shut down. So hinahabol natin ito ngayon at binobola na namin, effective pa kahapon," she said.

—Joahna Lei Casilao/LDF, GMA News
