Duterte arrives at Batasan for fifth SONA

President Rodrigo Duterte has arrived at the Batasang Pambansa to deliver his State of the Nation Address amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The chopper carrying Duterte touched down at the Batasang Pambansa before 4 p.m.
