24 pass 2006 Foreign Service Officer exam


The Department of Foreign Affairs on Friday announced that 24 out of 931 examinees passed the 2006 Foreign Service Officer Examination. The 24 successful examinees are: 1. Abejuela, Ricarte III B. 2. Flores, Shirley L. 11. Garcia, Michael Lyndon B. 12. Genotiva, Redentor D. 13. Goce, Rona Beth G. 14. Hiponia, Charisse C. 15. Imperial, Dominic Xavier M. 16. Macaspac, Charles Andrei P. 17. Villanueva, Rogelio Jr. E. The FSO examination consists of the qualifying ( May 28, 2006), written (August 23-25, 2006) and oral (March 21-23, 2007) tests. Examinees must obtain a grade of at least 80% in the qualifying test before they are admitted to take the written test, which they must pass with a minimum grade of 75%, before they are in turn allowed to sit for the oral tests. A minimum grade of 80% in the oral test is required for appointment as FSO Class IV. - GMANews.TV
