PNP reports 108 new COVID-19 recoveries; total at 5,564

The number of COVID-19 recoveries within the Philippine National Police (PNP) rose to 5,564 on Saturday after the agency reported 108 new cases.

Meanwhile, 36 more personnel have tested positive for the illness, bringing the total to 6,383, while the death toll remained at 20.

At present, the agency has 799 active cases.

The Philippines reported a total of 336,926 cases with 276,094 recoveries and 6,238 fatalities. — DVM, GMA News
