VP Leni Robredo congratulates Biden for victory in US presidential poll

Vice President Leni Robredo on Sunday morning extended her "warmest" congratulations to president-elect Joe Biden, hours after the US media declared the democrat as the winner in the November 4 presidential poll.

In a tweet, Robredo said Biden's win is an affirmation of the shared democratic ideals between the Philippines and the United States.
