Roque won't visit hospitals for now after COVID-19 recovery

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque will not visit hospitals for the meantime after he recovered from COVID-19.

Roque said he has already been issued a quarantine certificate and tested negative for COVID-19 using an RT-PCR test on Thursday, March 25.

“I already tested negative [for COVID-19] using RT-PCR. I remember before I tested positive, I think I was in seven hospitals in a period of two weeks,” Roque said.

“On future plans, iyong paghihigpit siguro sa pagpunta ko sa mga ospital. Baka hindi po muna ako tatapak sa ospital (I guess I won’t be setting foot on hospitals for the meantime),” Roque added.

Prior to being infected with COVID-19, Roque held press conferences with other government officials within hospital compounds to jumpstart each medical institution's COVID-19 vaccination program.

Roque announced he tested positive for COVID-19 last March 15 but did not show his positive RT-PCR test result, saying it was not important and later invoked that it was a private matter.—AOL, GMA News
