The Office of the Vice President’s (OVP) free teleconsultation service for outpatient needs in the National Capital Region has resumed after a brief pause.

In a statement, Vice President Leni Robredo said that the “Bayanihan E-Konsulta” Facebook page will accept consultation requests from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Bayanihan E-Konsulta was launched on April 7.

It temporarily halted operations on Monday to integrate external volunteers and fix technical issues and backlogs.

The OVP on Monday also delivered care packages to 24 COVID-19 patients who used the Bayanihan E-Konsulta.

Each package includes a thermometer, pulse oximeter, medical supplies, medicine and vitamins, face masks, disinfectants, a monitoring sheet, and a guide for the use of each time. — Joahna Lei Casilao/BM, GMA News
