Duterte thumbs down face-to-face classes until everyone vaccinated

President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday said there would be no face-to-face classes until everyone in the country is vaccinated against COVID-19.

In his weekly address to the nation, Duterte told Education Secretary Leonor Briones that it was not yet time to resume face-to-face classes soon.
