Lawmakers from the House Makabayan bloc on Monday wore "protest" outfits to voice their sentiments ahead of President Rodrigo Duterte's last State of the Nation Address.

Progressive lawmakers Carlos Zarate, Ferdinand Gaite, Eufemia Cullamat, Arlene Brosas, Sarah Elago and France Castro joined the protest action being held at UP Diliman hours before Duterte delivers his last SONA.
