SC to rule on airing of 'Hello, Garci' tapes Friday

The Supreme Court is set to decide on a petition involving the controversial “Hello, Garci" tapes, which allegedly contained the conversation of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo with an official of the Commission on Elections on rigging the results of the 2004 presidential polls.
