VP bet Kiko Pangilinan casts vote in Silang, Cavite

Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan, who is running for vice president in the 2022 elections, on Monday cast his vote in Silang, Cavite.

Pangilinan and his wife, actress Sharon Cuneta, were able to cast their vote after queueing for three hours at Inchican Elementary School.

Pangilinan is the running-mate of Vice President Leni Robredo.

The president of the Liberal Party, Pangilinan was supposed to run for reelection but changed his plans when Robredo chose him to be her running-mate.

During their miting de avance last Saturday, Pangilinan said Filipinos should elect a nurturing mother like Robredo, who he said is tireless in serving the people. —Llanesca T. Panti/KBK, GMA News
