Duterte casts vote for Eleksyon 2022

President Rodrigo Duterte cast his ballot for the 2022 national and local elections on Monday afternoon.

Duterte arrived at the Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School in Davao City at around 4 p.m. and was accompanied by his longtime aide, Senator Christopher "Bong" Go. 

This is Duterte's last election as the country's leader, with his six-year term ending on June 30. 

The President refused to endorse a potential successor in this year's polls but has thrown his support behind the vice presidential bid of his daughter, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte. —VBL, GMA News
