DOJ chief Remulla tests negative for COVID-19 in antigen test


Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla on Monday said he has tested negative for COVID-19 in an antigen test.

“Negative na sa [already negative in] antigen,” Remulla told GMA News Online.

This came after the secretary announced that he tested positive for the virus on Sunday and that he developed “very mild” symptoms.

Asked if he was still undergoing home isolation, Remulla said the protocol is seven days. He said he is no longer experiencing symptoms.

“No more symptoms. A mild Fever which went down overnight Thursday,” he said.

Meanwhile, Remulla said he will be able to return to work by July 14, Thursday.  —KBK, GMA News
