596 pass real estate appraisers licensure examination

Graduates of the Lyceum of Alabang took the top two spots in the real estate appraisers licensure examination held earlier this month.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission, 596 out of 849 test takers passed the exam, given by the Board of Real Estate Service in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Tacloban earlier this month.

Achieving the highest score is Maureen Grace Cruz Usacdin with a score of 91.50, followed by fellow Lyceum alumna Trisha Amber Tan Ong Hian Huy with 90.50. The top performing school with at least 15 test takers is Trinity University of Asia, with 37 of its 40 test takers passing for a passing percentage of 92.50%.
