Palace has no plans to declare October 31, 2023 as holiday

Malacañang has no plans of declaring October 31, 2023, Tuesday, as a non-working holiday.
According to Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Atty. Cheloy Garafil, the Office of the Executive Secretary said there is no plan to declare the date as a holiday.
Earlier, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. declared Monday, October 30, 2023, as a special non-working day for the observance of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.
Meanwhile, November 1 is observed as a special non-working day for All Saints' Day, and November 2 was declared an additional special non-working day. —KG, GMA Integrated News
