Marcos leaves LA for Honolulu, Hawaii working visit

LOS ANGELES, USA - President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Sunday (PH Time) departed Los Angeles for Honolulu, Hawaii, the place where his family was exiled, for a working visit.

Marcos is set to meet with the Filipino community to meet his family's old friends who helped them during their exile in 1986.

Marcos said these people had shown hospitality to his family during a difficult time in their lives.

The President noted that these people have a special spot in his heart.

Further, Marcos is scheduled to visit the Indo Pacific Command on Monday (PH time). —KG, GMA Integrated News
