VP Sara urges 2023 Bar passers to uphold justice
Vice President Sara Duterte has called on passers of the 2023 Bar examinations to serve Filipinos with a commitment to uphold justice and protect their rights.
Duterte congratulated the recent Bar passers, urging them to help build a society that embraces diversity, fairness, justice, and inclusivity.
"Ang tagumpay na ito ay tagumpay ng inyong pagsisikap, sakripisyo, at katatagan sa harap ng paghihirap at mga pagsubok," she said.
[This win is a result of your efforts, sacrifices, and resilience in the face of hardship and challenges.]
"May you serve our fellow Filipinos and the country with humility, integrity, and a commitment to uphold justice, protect rights, and advocate for those who seek the shelter of the law," she added.
A total of 3,812 out of 10,387 examinees passed the 2023 Bar examinations, the Supreme Court announced Tuesday. This translates to a 36.77% overall passing percentage.
