50 houses gutted in Pasay evening fire
MANILA, Philippines - Fire of still undetermined origin gutted at least 50 houses in Pasay City Sunday night, the fourth fire for the day. Radio dzBB's Allan Gatus reported that the fire hit the area near the Maricaban and Tramo areas, throwing residents into a panic. Firefighters declared the fire under control shortly before 11 p.m. Authorities closed off both sides of Tramo road. There was no initial report of casualties or damage. Earlier in the day, fires of still undetermined origin hit residential areas in Sta. Ana and San Andres Bukid in Manila, and another residential area in southern Metro Manila. - GMANews.TV
