5 party-list groups likely to secure 3 seats in Eleksyon 2025 —Pulse Asia

Five party-lists organizations are likely to secure the maximum number of seats a group can win in the May 2025 national and local elections, according to a March 2025 Pulse Asia survey.

Based on the survey conducted from March 23 to 29, 2025, Pulse Asia said of the 155 party-list groups joining the May 2025 midterm polls, 45 have a chance to secure at least one seat in the House of Representatives.

Under Republic Act 7491 or the party-list law, a group garnering at least 2% of the votes cast in the party-list race gets at least one seat in the House of Representatives. A seat is added if the party-list gets another 2%, capped at three seats.

The party-lists which have a statistical chance to win three seats are:

  • Tingog, 6.11%;
  • ACT-CIS, 5.57%;
  • Duterte Youth, 4.74%; 
  • PPP, 4.64%; and 
  • 4PS, 4.59%, 

The following are likely to secure two seats:

  • Senior Citizens (3.55%)
  • Ako Bicol (3.23%)
  • Uswag Ilonggo (3.20%)
  • Alona (2.97%)
  • 1-Rider Party-list (2.71%)
  • Malasakit@Bayanihan (2.31%)
  • CIBAC (2.18%)
  • AGAP (2.11%)

At least 2,400 Filipino adults aged 18 years old and above participated in the nationwide survey through face-to-face interviews, with a 95% confidence level, and ±2% margin of error at the national level.

The respondents were asked which party-list group will they vote if the elections will be held on the day they were interviewed. They were shown a list of the party-list organizations. —AOL, GMA Integrated News
