PLM grad tops April 2025 civil engineers licensure exam

A graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) achieved the highest score in the civil engineers licensure examination held last month.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 4,940 out of 16,913 test takers passed the exam, given by the Board of Civil Engineering at 19 test centers across the Philippines in April.

PLM's Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano was the highest scorer with a 93.00% result, while the top performing school with 50 or more test takers was the University of the Philippines-Diliman, with 55 of its 56 examinees passing.
