DOH raises code white alert for Eleksyon 2025 Elections

The Department of Health (DOH) Central Office will be on code white alert starting May 11, 2025, in preparation for the national and local elections scheduled on May 12, 2025.

In a press statement, the health department announced that alert status will remain in effect until May 14, 2025, to ensure the readiness of health facilities and personnel to respond to any potential health emergencies before, during, and after election day.

Under Code White Alert, DOH hospitals and health facilities are placed on heightened readiness.

This includes the prepositioning of medical teams, ensuring the availability of supplies, and close coordination with other government agencies and local government units.
