Senatorial candidates join early voting for Eleksyon 2025


Some senatorial candidates who are also senior citizens went early to their respective polling precincts on Monday to cast their votes during the early voting hours for the May 2025 midterm elections.

Incumbent senator, Lito Lapid arrived at Porac Elementary School in Porac, Pampanga as early as 5 a.m. for the voting.

 

Former senator Panfilo "Ping" Lacson also voted in Imus, Cavite before the early voting hours ended.

 

Senatorial candidate Willie Revillame meanwhile also went to his polling precinct in Quezon City during the early voting hours.

 

Senior citizens, persons with disability, and pregnant women were allowed to vote early from 5 to 7 a.m. on Monday.

Meanwhile, ACT-CIS Representative Erwin Tulfo cast his vote at Kamuning Elementary School in Quezon City. He arrived at the precinct at 7:09 a.m. and voted at 8:55 a.m.

Former Senate president Tito Sotto voted at Whiteplains Community Center, Quezon City, together with his wife Helen Gamboa, son Quezon City Mayor Gian Sotto, and daughter Ciara Sotto.
